How we got here
We started because Oxnard needed a single company that actually shows up and fixes problems instead of passing them off. A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. We stock them. We stock deluxe flushable units, ADA accessible porta potties with 36 inch clear routes per ADA Standards section 403.5.1, and restroom trailers ranging from 2 to 8 stalls. When a jobsite supervisor in Oxnard calls at 8 a.m. needing a unit by noon, we dispatch instead of explaining why we can't. That's the difference. We handle construction site services the way contractors expect them handled: delivery on time, service on schedule, pickup when you call.
We also pump septic tanks, which we've learned most renters forget about until something goes wrong. A residential septic tank gets pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on household size and tank volume. Grease traps need attention sooner, they're pumped when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. We do both in Oxnard.
What we rent
Portable toilet rental starts with standard units for daily, weekly and event use. We also offer deluxe flushable porta potties with flushing toilets and sinks, and ADA accessible porta potties where code requires them. ADA Standards section 213.2 says that when single-user units are clustered, at least 5 percent, never fewer than one, must be accessible.
Restroom trailers are the next step up. A 2-stall unit works for smaller events. A 4-stall handles moderate crowds. An 8-stall serves festivals and large construction jobs. Trailers come with flushing toilets, sinks with soap, and hand drying devices that meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) requirements.
Roll-off dumpsters rent by the day, week or month. Storage containers rent monthly for equipment, tools or materials. Temporary fence goes up for crowd control or site security. Handwashing stations meet OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requirements where workers handle paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides.
